Go to our online booking page here and click Log In.
Create an account if you don’t already have one. If you do, log in using your email or phone.
Access your account settings in the top right corner by clicking your name. On the left hand side of the screen, you will see a list of tabs. Click the one that says “Concierge Club Rewards”.
You will be able to see your balance, tier, and points history.
If you see no tier listed, you have not reached the minimum spend to enter the Club, which is $2,000.

Once you enter a tier, your points last 365 days from when you entered that tier.
If you upgrade to a new tier within that 365 days, you will have 365 days to use those points. The anniversary date of entering a tier is what impacts your expiration date for points.
For example: if you enter the Silver Tier but on day 150 of being in that tier, you upgrade to the Gold Tier, you will then have 365 days to use your points instead of 215 days.
You will be notified via text and email when your points are about to expire.
