Using the mat is simple:
Step 1: Position the Mat
Place the mat behind you so the built-in neck support comfortably cradles the cervical area while the LEDs align with your upper back.Step 2: Connect Power
Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet and connect the cable to the mat.Step 3: Power On
Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the wireless remote for approximately 1.5 seconds to begin your session.Step 4: Select Your Mode
Choose between Continuous, 10Hz pulse, or 40Hz pulse. Adjust your session time (5–30 minutes) and intensity as desired.Step 5: Relax & Recharge
Sit or recline comfortably. The mat emits gentle therapeutic light and warmth and will automatically power off once your programmed session is complete. -
For general wellness and recovery support, sessions can be used once daily for 5–30 minutes. For targeted muscle tension or post-exercise recovery, 15–30 minutes after activity is commonly recommended. Consistency is key for optimal results.
