Tori’s journey with NHLMA began as a client navigating her own hair journey.  Her personal experience sparked an interest in the science of hair loss and inspired her to join the team to help others facing similar challenges. As an Account Coordinator, Tori draws on her background in marketing, sales, and customer care to support daily operations and assist with photography in the office. Through her work behind the scenes, she is passionate about helping others better understand hair loss and feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
