How Red Light Therapy Works for Dogs
Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of light to reach the skin and muscle tissue.
This vest combines 660 nm red light with 850 nm near-infrared light, which reaches deeper tissue, at a 1:2 ratio. Published research in dogs suggests these wavelengths may support cellular energy, promoting the body's natural restorative functions, relaxation and muscle and joint comfort.
Who Is This Red Light Therapy Vest For?
This vest is made for dog owners who want a gentle, drug-free way to support their dog's everyday comfort and wellness at home. It may be a good fit if your dog:
Is a senior dog who's slowing down or stiff after rest
Is active or athletic and could use recovery support after exercise, hikes or play
Needs help relaxing and does well with a calm, quiet routine
Is already under a vet's care, and your vet agrees it can add to their current plan
Talk to your vet first if your dog: has a diagnosed medical condition, is recovering from surgery, or has skin wounds or sensitive areas where the pads would sit.
Full-Coverage, Cordless Design
Most pet light devices treat one small spot at a time. This vest is worn, with two independent pads working together:
Top pad: covers the back
Under-body pad: covers the chest and stomach
Adjustable buckle straps give a snug, comfortable fit, and each pad has its own rechargeable battery. Your dog can move and settle naturally, with no cords.
20 Minutes, 3 to 4 Times a Week
Charge: Fully charge both pads with the included USB-C cables before the first use.
Fit: Put the vest on your dog and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit.
Start: Choose a light mode and intensity. The vest shuts off automatically after 20 minutes.
Repeat: Use it 3 to 4 times a week, and let the pads cool fully between sessions.
